Our Quality Control Process
Quality is not a single check - it is a chain of controls that runs from the first raw material to the finished roll. Here is how we control quality at every stage of production.
1. Raw Material Inspection
Every incoming lot of LLDPE, BOPP and paper is checked for grade, purity and appearance before it is released to production. Only approved raw material ever enters a line.
2. In-Process Control
During extrusion and coating, thickness, adhesive metering, temperature and speed are monitored and adjusted continuously, so the film stays within spec the whole time it is running.
3. Coating & Adhesion Check
Adhesive thickness and bond are verified on coated tape to ensure a strong, consistent stick on every roll, with no bare spots or over-coating.
4. Slitting & Winding Check
Slit width, edge quality and roll tension are checked after converting so rolls are clean, straight and wound tightly for stable dispensing.
5. Final Testing & Release
Finished product is sampled and tested for tensile strength, elongation, adhesion and - for our green grades - biodegradability. Only approved lots are packed and released.
Testing Equipment & Standards
Our laboratory is equipped for tensile, peel/shear adhesion, thickness and biodegradability testing, and our process is managed to documented quality standards so results are repeatable and auditable. Explore the R&D testing lab and the certifications behind our claims.
Eco & Food-Grade Compliance
For buyers whose product touches food or who need a greener footprint, we verify food-contact, low-odour and biodegradability performance, giving you documented evidence your packaging meets the standard you need.
