  1. This series of machines offers high labor productivity and exceptional bending accuracy for metal sheet materials. When bending sheets of varying thicknesses, different shaped upper and lower dies can be utilized to produce workpieces in diverse shapes.

  2. The integrated hydraulic system features a compact and practical design with hydraulic downward movement, resulting in an extremely low failure rate.

  3. The dual guidance system, combining cylinder side and upper stopper guidance, ensures stable and reliable performance with precise bending angles.

  4. The upper die is equipped with a quick-clamp intermediate plate featuring a wedge-type fine-tuning compensation mechanism to guarantee high bending accuracy.

Lower-Actuated Bending Machine
Structural Characteristics:
The slider section (carrying the lower die) of the lower-actuated bending machine moves up and down below the machine frame.
The workbench section is usually equipped with clamping devices to fix the metal sheet material to be processed.
 

Working Principle:
The slider is driven from below upward by a power source such as a hydraulic system or servo motor.
When the slider moves upward, the lower die contacts the upper die fixed on the workbench and applies pressure to the metal sheet, causing it to undergo plastic deformation and achieving the bending effect.
 

Application Scenarios:
Lower-actuated bending machines also have a wide range of applications in metal sheet processing, particularly suitable for bending sheets to smaller angles or complex shapes.
They excel in situations requiring high processing accuracy and stability.
