After 10 months of intense construction, the OSMA Intelligent Equipment Project in Hecheng Street is progressing smoothly and is expected to be completed and enter the production phase in December. The completion of this project will inject new vitality into the advanced equipment manufacturing industry in Gaoming District.

The OSMA Intelligent Equipment Base Project is invested and constructed by Shenzhen OSMA CNC Development Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 1 billion yuan. It mainly produces automation equipment and hardware products such as laser cutting machines and intelligent production lines to meet the market demand for high-end intelligent equipment.

On November 25th of last year, the OSMA Intelligent Equipment Base Project successfully acquired the land and officially commenced construction in mid-December of the same year. This demonstrated the astonishing efficiency of the "Gaoming Speed." Currently, the three production workshops of the project have entered the topping-out stage, and the main structure of the one comprehensive building is also about to be completed.

Facing the urgent situation of the expiration of the original factories in Shenzhen and Dongguan, the project team has gone all out, working overtime to ensure that production commences in December. Upon learning of the project team's needs, Hecheng Street actively strengthened overall planning, scheduling, and departmental coordination to jointly promote the rapid construction and early commencement of production of the project. It is expected that the entire project will be completed within 12 to 13 months, once again setting a new record for construction speed.
 

In December of this year, the original factories in Shenzhen and Dongguan will be gradually relocated to the Gaoming headquarters base and partially commence production. At the same time, the production equipment at the Gaoming headquarters base will undergo upgrades and optimizations, with the addition of intelligent equipment such as unmanned warehouses, AI smart cars, and unmanned robotic arms, to create a digital equipment manufacturing production workshop. This will create 300 new jobs locally and is expected to achieve an annual output value of 500 million yuan by 2024.

In addition, the equipment debugging phase of the Jusheng Technology Project's Workshop 1 has been completed and is ready for use. In Gaoming District, multiple key projects are under construction in full swing. From January to September of this year, 109 key projects in Gaoming District have completed an investment of 13.052 billion yuan, achieving 109.89% of the annual planned investment and exceeding the time sequence progress by 34.89 percentage points. Among them, 81 of the 83 formal projects have commenced construction, with a commencement rate of 97.59%.
