- The fuselage frame is made of welded steel and heat treated to remove internal stress using a CNC boring and milling machine, ensuring quality and stability.
- Alloy steel rack-and-pinion transmission for ease of maintenance, reduced failure and smooth operation.
- It uses the world-famous brand of ball screw and linear guide structure.
- It uses the latest Taiwanese numerical control system, a servo motor, a tool holder and a feeding device, and a planning and positioning system, as well as a high-precision servo motor feed knife (0.01 mm). It also has a 15-inch TFT colour touch screen for clear command input.
- It has a fully automatic clamping and compression device with hydraulic release for pressure stability.
- Each cutterhead can be installed with five planer knives.
- Optional spray cooling is available.

On-site door-to-door training

After the bending machine is delivered to the customer, our company will provide free equipment commissioning and subsequent on-site operational training tailored to the customer's specific needs. Training personnel will not depart until the buyer's technical staff have fully grasped the technical characteristics, operational procedures, and maintenance knowledge of our CNC bending machine.
